Your Role at a Glance

As a Management Intern within the Room Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels
• Maintaining and observing the quality scores within Room Operations
• Communicating between the hotels and head office
• Improving procedures and manuals
• Organizing our meetings for Housekeeping

In addition, your role will focus on supporting operational excellence across the hotels:

• Supporting audit activities across hotels, helping to review housekeeping operations, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans
• Providing operational support by visiting hotels and working closely with on-site teams
• Supporting Housekeeping teams on-site during opening phases, helping ensure a smooth operational setup
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers
