Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Learning & Development Intern in Hoofddorp. You will help plan, coordinate, and communicate training programs from our Central Services Office, collaborating with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe to build a strong international network.

You’ll contribute to the Talent Development team, organize events, and help create impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Looking for a challenging internship of at least 6 months in Hotel Management or Human Resources.
• Willingness to travel to hotels across the Netherlands.
• Available to start in January/February.
• Strong interest in employee development within hospitality.
• Able to work independently and take on new projects.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset; professional communication.
• Good command of English and Dutch.

Your Role at a Glance

During this internship, you will play an active role in planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp. You will work closely with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe, giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network. You will play a key role in helping the Talent Development team create memorable learning experiences, coordinate training programs and events, and contribute to projects that empower employees to grow and reach their full potential. If you show growth and confidence, there is even the possibility to participate in or deliver trainings yourself, a great chance to develop as a future trainer or HR professional.

Within our University department, we are always looking for ways to improve our training offering and daily processes. During your internship, there will be plenty of space to contribute ideas, take ownership, and work on your own projects.

• You are comfortable travelling to our hotels across the Netherlands and currently have a student travel card
• You are available to start in January/February
