Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas zoekt een Management Internship in de Room Operations om te werken aan projecten, kwaliteitsbewaking en procesverbeteringen in meerdere hotels in Europa.

Je leert auditactiviteiten, ondersteunt on-site teams en bouwt aan operationele excellentie tijdens een internationale stageperiode met start in januari/februari 2027.

Qualifications

• Je bent een hotelmanagementstudent op zoek naar een stage van minimaal 8 maanden, start januari/februari 2027.
• Je beheerst Engels en communiceert vloeiend in het internationaal opererende team.
• Je bent analytisch, proactief en wilt bijdragen aan operationele projecten.

Responsibilities

• Creëren en implementeren van nieuwe projecten in onze hotels.
• Bewaken van kwaliteitscores binnen Room Operations.
• Communicatie tussen hotels en head office.
• Verbeteren van procedures en handleidingen.
• Organiseren van meetings voor Housekeeping.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Management Intern within the Room Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels
• Maintaining and observing the quality scores within Room Operations
• Communicating between the hotels and head office
• Improving procedures and manuals
• Organizing our meetings for Housekeeping

In addition, your role will focus on supporting operational excellence across the hotels:

• The opportunity to grow within our company worldwide
• Supporting audit activities across hotels, helping to review housekeeping operations, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans
• Providing operational support by visiting hotels and working closely with on-site teams
• Supporting Housekeeping teams on-site during opening phases, helping ensure a smooth operational setup
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You are a hotel management school student looking for an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in January/February 2027
• You are analytical, a strong communicator, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
• You are ready to dive into a dynamic international role where no two days are the same.
