Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands is offering a Front Office Intern position to gain hands-on experience in the hotel’s busiest department, developing guest service, communication and hospitality skills. This internship targets students studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism and emphasizes learning through real-world tasks.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic departments of the hotel. Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn about the day-to-day operations of a hotel while developing valuable skills in guest service, communication, and hospitality.

Welcome guests andassistwith check-ins and check-outs.

Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.

Assist with Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.

Respond to online guest reviews and helpmonitorguest satisfaction.

Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.

Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests when needed.

Assistwith the night audit process and other reporting tasks.

Identifyupselling opportunities and contribute to enhancing the guest experience.

You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

You are available to start your internship in late September or early October 2026.

You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

You have a good command of English;additionallanguages are a plus.
