Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep guest rooms, rooftops, and all spaces running smoothly. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate external contractors, and act as the first responder for technical issues across the hub.

You’ll plan daily maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems, track work orders in Salesforce, and partner with the Regional Property Manager to maintain high standards of hospitality across our Amsterdam hub.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the maintenance team and coordinate external contractors.
• Respond quickly as first point of contact for technical issues in the hub.
• Plan daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
• Track and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and maintain clear maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits.
• Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date with the Regional Property Manager.
