Coach in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, participate in omni‑channel selling, and contribute to brand loyalty through exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail or related experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media tools. Night, weekend, and peak-season availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement.
