Job summary

Flâneur in Amsterdam is seeking a Boutique Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, offering personalized styling and product recommendations across the luxury collection.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, stay fluent in our brand story, support visual merchandising, and help with events and VIP experiences, including weekend shifts. This role is available full-time or part-time to fit the luxury calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
• Strong fashion sense and styling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing tailored styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and brand story to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique remains beautifully presented at all times.
• Support inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of client service.
• Contribute to boutique events and VIP client experiences to strengthen brand engagement.
