Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is seeking a passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead the team and help create a luxury lifestyle experience that feels personal, welcoming, and distinctly local. You will oversee room inspections, collaborate with Front Office and Engineering, coordinate maintenance, and ensure guests receive exceptional service consistent with Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Hyatt service standards and procedures to guests.
• Ensure every room and public area reflects luxury style and brand personality.
• Conduct room inspections including VIP arrivals and stay-overs.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and keep records.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews.
• Prepare schedules and attendance records.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Manage purchasing processes and stock control.
• Lead team briefings and foster engaging culture.
