Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking a Purchasing Officer to manage day-to-day procurement, supplier coordination, and order management for the luxury hotel. You will ensure accurate purchase records, timely orders, and seamless deliveries to support exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong administrative skills, experience in purchasing and ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). The role reports to the Director of Purchasing within Finance.

Qualificações

• Experience in purchasing, procurement administration, or inventory control.
• Hospitality or luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with procurement, inventory management, or ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Process approved purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers and obtain order confirmations.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Support operational departments with purchasing requirements and order status updates.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and audit requirements.
• Assist with inventory-related activities, stock monitoring, and procurement reporting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Support the Director of Purchasing and Finance with administrative tasks.
