Corendon Hotels & Resorts seeks a Guest Service Supervisor at W Amsterdam to lead the Welcome Desk and deliver the Whatever/Whenever experience in a luxury, fast-paced setting. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure flawless guest interactions while representing the brand’s style and city expertise.

You bring 1+ year in a similar role, MB0/HBO in hotel management, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch is required.
• Experience as Guest Service Agent or Team Leader in hotels is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and a trend-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Welcome Desk operations and act as first point of contact for the Welcome Office Manager.
• Lead by example to deliver bold, stylish and personalized service.
• Be the hotel and city expert, knowing insider hotspots for guests.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the Whatever/Whenever service philosophy.
• Guide Talent to create memorable, elevated guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational excellence.
• Work a fast-paced schedule with evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and partners.
• Stay energized and creative under peak moments.
• Bring creativity and confidence to every shift.
