Job summary

Corendon is hiring a Front Office Supervisor for W Amsterdam, located by Dam Square. You will lead the Welcome Desk across two buildings, guiding a diverse team to deliver the W experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong guest focus and knowledge of hotel facilities, with opportunities to grow within the Corendon group. You will work in a fast-paced, lively environment, weekends and evenings required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Dutch and other languages are appreciated.
• At least 1 year of Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader experience is expected.
• Experience in a 5* luxury segment is preferred.
• A valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Welcome Desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure seamless check-in/check-out and accurate room assignments.
• Maintain high service standards and adherence to procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide training and support to team members to improve performance.
