Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, hired through Hosco in Amsterdam, is offering an internship in the Front Office. You will gain exposure to both operational and managerial aspects of luxury hotel operations and work closely with the Front Office leadership team.

You will perform Front Desk tasks, use Opera PMS, assist guests, and collaborate with Guest Relations, Butler, Concierge and Night teams to learn the guest journey in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality-related study program.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front Office tasks including daily check-ins and check-outs and assisting guests with requests.
• Work with Opera Property Management System and front desk colleagues.
• Participate in quality initiatives, management meetings and cross-department projects.
• Support consistency in service delivery and brand standards across the Front Office.
