Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam offers a guest experience internship across Front Office and Guest Relations, giving you hands-on exposure to the guest journey in a luxury setting. You will split time between Front Office and Guest Relations to understand arrivals, departures, guest requests and VIP touches.

You’ll learn to personalise stays, anticipate needs, and contribute to memorable moments while developing communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality-related study.
• Available for a minimum of five months starting ASAP.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible, motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at Front Office and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest requests and learn daily Front Office operations.
• Help personalise guest stays and anticipate guest needs in Guest Relations.
• Gain understanding of room categories, upgrades and commercial opportunities while delivering luxury service.
