Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam offers a Guest Experience Intern position, split between Front Office and Guest Relations. You will welcome guests, assist arrivals/departures, respond to requests, personalise stays, and learn how high-end service is delivered from arrival to departure.

You will gain a broad overview of Front of House operations, developing communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on commercial awareness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality-related study.
• Available for a minimum of five months, starting as soon as possible.
• Fluent English spoken.
• Flexible, motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Front Office and Guest Relations to learn every stage of the guest journey.
• Support Front Office and Guest Relations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Develop operational, guest-focused and commercial skills within a luxury hotel environment.
