Qualifications

• Studying hospitality management at HBO level.
• Available for at least 5 months.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible (24/7 availability) and attentive.
• Willingness to be part of a team and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the work of a Duty Manager during the internship.
• Represent the management team in their absence to guests and staff.
• Balance regular operations with ad hoc situations and make quick, appropriate decisions.
• Coaching and supporting colleagues to provide consistent guest service.
