Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services in 4/5-star properties.
• Experience with hotel launches is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a strong asset.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and hospitality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and warmly.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and front desk operations.
• Address guest requests and concerns to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records.
• Handle payment processing, invoicing, and cashier duties.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams.
• Maintain records and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in establishing launch procedures and service standards.
