De L’Europe Amsterdam, a renowned luxury hotel, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Events to lead service during banquets, meetings and private dinners. You will oversee and coordinate the floor team, ensuring flawless execution and guest-centric hospitality.

With 3+ years in F&B within luxury settings and strong English skills, you will collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and Events office to deliver exceptional experiences and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Food & Beverage experience in luxury/high-end hospitality
• Proven supervisory or senior service experience
• Natural host with passion for memorable guest moments
• Strong knowledge of service, beverages, and presentation details
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, calm under pressure in fast-moving environments
• Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-focused
• Positive team player who inspires others with clarity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the floor service team during events
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and Events office to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee timing from setup to breakdown for each event
• Maintain hygiene, safety and presentation standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and event supplies to ensure flawless service
