Job summary

Hotel Arena in Amsterdam is seeking a driven F&B Events Supervisor to lead the operational delivery of events, coordinating with the Event Manager to ensure professional setup, service and quality from build to breakdown.

You will steer on-floor teams, manage schedules and adapt during peak moments to meet guest expectations and the hotel's brand. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor in event/hotel management and have 2+ years of experience with large events, plus fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Minimally a bachelor diploma in event management or hotel management.
• At least 2 years of experience with large-scale events.
• Strong in team management, communication and operational overview.
• Proactive, stress-resistant and hands-on.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and varying shifts.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Residing in Amsterdam or environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational delivery of events within Hotel Arena.
• Work closely with the Event Manager to ensure professional execution from setup to breakdown.
• Direct on-floor teams during events and maintain service quality and timely communication.
• Coordinate the full execution of event scripts to meet guest expectations and the hotel brand.
