Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead the team across our restaurant, bar and events spaces. You will own day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service, and uphold quality standards in a dynamic, international hotel environment.

You’ll coach and motivate the F&B team, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with kitchen and front desk departments to deliver memorable experiences. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus; able to lead by example.
• Calm under pressure and able to coordinate multiple outlets and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team during daily operations and busy periods.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets and events.
• Coach and develop team members to build confidence and skills.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with Minor Hotels standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, Front Office and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Support organization and execution of meetings, events and special occasions.
• Handle operational challenges proactively and contribute ideas for improvements.
