De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Waiter for our Events department (Chef de Rang). You will lead flawless service at weddings and corporate dinners, greet guests warmly, and ensure seamless event execution in a luxury setting.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with the kitchen, share knowledge, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Background in fine dining, banqueting, or events is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with kitchen and service team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless service at elegant business dinners and intimate weddings.

What You'll Do
As Chef de Rang within our Events team, you are the driving force behind every unforgettable occasion. No two days are the same, one day you ensure flawless service at an elegant business dinner, the next you are part of an intimate wedding celebration. You welcome guests with genuine warmth and make sure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Together with the kitchen team, you fine-tune the service down to the last detail, from the careful setup to the final breakdown. Along the way, you share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, because in our Events team everyone grows together. You report to the department manager and are a reliable, steady presence in a team that takes pride in creating extraordinary moments.

• A background in fine dining, banqueting, or events is preferred

Nice to Have

• Passion for luxury hospitality
• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff
• Previous experience in the Food and Beverage department of a 5-star hotel.
