Job summary

Corendon is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead the full Food & Beverage operation at W Amsterdam. You will oversee the W Lounge & Bar, In Room Dining and Banqueting, ensuring luxury service, bold experiences and flawless execution.

You will inspire Talent, elevate standards, and maintain a high-energy, fashion-forward guest journey across all outlets. You lead with confidence and creativity to deliver the signature W experience, managing the heart of the hotel’s F&B heartbeat and driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and other languages are appreciated.
• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations — Oversee the W Lounge & Bar, In Room Dining and Banqueting to ensure luxury service and a fully on-brand W experience.
• Ensure compliance — Safeguard all policies, procedures and brand standards across every outlet.
• Drive cross-department collaboration — Maintain smooth communication with all departments to deliver our ALL IN service philosophy.
• Stay in the know — Be the expert on everything happening in the hotel; you run the scene and know every detail.
• Balance operations and admin — Manage scheduling, stock counts, ordering, reporting and operational readiness.
• Develop and coach Talent — Handle appraisals, coaching, performance reviews and team development.
• Elevate team performance — Motivate the team, enforce discipline when needed and ensure everyone performs at W-level.
• Maintain service excellence — Ensure all teams follow service standards from the first interaction to the final moment.
• Deliver Whatever/Whenever service — Personalize guest interactions and create unforgettable experiences.
• Keep every space sparkling — Guarantee a clean, sharp and stylish environment across all F&B areas.
