Job summary

GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for our store on P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam. You will be an ambassador, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support a KPI-driven, omnichannel shopping environment.

You bring at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong sales results, fluent English and Dutch, and a collaborative mindset to motivate the team and build customer loyalty through events and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience required.
• Proven sales performance in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding.
• Fluent English and Dutch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experiences
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions
• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
• Secure all sales
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines
• Stock management in all aspects
