Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a luxury retail ambassador for an in-store experience in Amsterdam. You will welcome clients, understand desires and craft a hand-crafted experience while representing the brand's image.

You will drive sales, lead on the selling floor, stay up-to-date with trends, and maintain the shop floor to a high luxury standard. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with CRM experience valued for building loyal client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and clientelling.
• Strong communication and commercial mindset.
• Digitally aware and adaptable.
• Ability to interact with foreign clients.
• Passion for the Diesel brand and heritage.
• Dutch and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with an excellent in-store experience.
• Act as Brand Ambassador representing image and values.
• Build long-term relationships through clienteling and CRM initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor to maximize sales.
• Maintain high luxury visual standards and stock procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and competitors.
