Job summary

GANNI is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor for our store on Runstraat, Amsterdam. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, styling sessions, and building a strong client community through omnichannel outreach.

You will report to the Store Manager and help drive KPI targets in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and fluency in Dutch and English, with a flexible weekend schedule to support busy periods

Qualifications

• Background within retail, with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
• Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, including Sundays and holidays.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME (38 HOURS WEEKLY) CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR AMAZING STORE IN RUNSTRAAT, AMSTERDAM!

You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated stores and report directly to the Store Manager. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results‑driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose.

As a Client Advisor you will run a business that is based on an omnichannel/omnicommerce mentality where missing a sale is not an option. You have a result‑oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business. Through online booking services and in‑store events, you and your team will build and foster the GANNI community.

You will be a part of managing and motivating the store team to achieve KPI targets and creating a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic and driven by results and the opportunity to learn.
