Job summary

Prada in Amsterdam seeks a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client first and guiding them into the world of Prada across in-store and ecommerce channels.

You will aim to exceed personal and team sales targets, demonstrate extensive product knowledge, and capture client data in the CRM to foster long-term relationships and omnichannel engagement.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work in a team or alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, delivering excellence in person and online.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Prada products, history and DNA.
• Capture client data in the CRM to nurture relationships for future opportunities.
• Support omnichannel operations, including virtual appointments and in-store service.
• Collaborate with Back of House to maintain stock and reporting as required.
