Job summary

GANNI is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor for our store on Runstraat, Amsterdam. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, styling sessions, and building a strong client community through omnichannel outreach.

You will report to the Store Manager and help drive KPI targets in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and fluency in Dutch and English, with a flexible weekend schedule to support busy periods

Qualifications

Background within retail, with 1–2 years of experience.
Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, including Sundays and holidays.
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional client experiences.
Deliver outstanding styling sessions.
Establish loyalty within the community.
Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store.
Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
Secure all sales.
Maintain visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Manage stock in all aspects.
