Job summary

Prada Group in Roermond is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the center and guiding them through the Prada universe. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and work across in-store and ecommerce channels with a premium service mindset.

Ideal candidates demonstrate knowledge of Prada products and history, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining immaculate brand

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury or premium brands.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Team player able to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence to the client journey.
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance for store success.
• Maintain high quality of sales and customer service aligned with KPI goals.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture Customer data in the CRM to personalize relationships and develop future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset and use digital tools for a complete luxury experience.
• Host customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with Back of House on daily store operations and stock organization.
• Adhere to company procedures on stock, security, inventory and reporting.
• Work as a team, fostering open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion.
