Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the Roermond store to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience and drive revenue. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, collaborate with the team, and contribute to daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury fashion retail experience, strong English, POS proficiency, and flexibility for a flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury fashion retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and move around the sales floor.
• Strong English proficiency (EU requirement).
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling with personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising; process transactions.
