Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to build strong client relationships via phone and web channels, delivering expert product knowledge and outstanding service in the luxury jewelry Maison.

You will drive sales, expand your client portfolio and uphold the Maison's high standards in a dynamic, international environment.

Fluency in English plus Italian and/or Spanish is highly valued, with a passion for storytelling and bespoke clienteling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong selling, listening and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through professional client interactions and meet targets.
• Be a role model for the Maison selling ceremony.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and social media messages promptly.
• Develop outbound clienteling to grow your client portfolio.
• Process orders and perform data entry in CRC systems.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and Maison expertise.
• Provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.
