Tiffany & Co. in Amsterdam seeks a Client Advisor to embody the House of Tiffany in every client interaction. You will develop lasting client relationships, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience with the Tiffany Touch.

The ideal candidate communicates superbly, manages a diverse clientele, and embraces hospitality and brand excellence to contribute to commercial performance. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, ideally in luxury sector, or in a customer-facing field.
• Proven success in achieving commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to interact with an international and diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, clienteling tools, and Microsoft Outlook / email.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Additional languages spoken are an asset (Dutch, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.).
