Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Puttershoek to lead end-to-end warehouse operations and collaborate with the Operations Manager to consistently meet KPIs and drive improvements.

You will oversee multiple supervisors, optimize workforce planning, and develop teams in a data-driven, international logistics environment with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved;
• Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans;
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives;
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance;
• Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency;
• You will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager.
