Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead and optimize a warehouse department in a modern, highly automated site. You will drive daily operational KPIs, develop your team, and report to the Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role includes two shifts (early and late) with an additional shift allowance. You will work with SAP/ERP systems, improve processes, and contribute to continuous operational excellence.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level with logistics mindset.
• At least 1 year as Supervisor, or several years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS systems.
• Willing to work in shifts, including temporary night periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your operational team and drive KPIs.
• Monitor daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate workforce planning with the team.

You work in a modern and automated warehouse. We use systems and data to manage our processes. This is a good role if you want more responsibility, career growth, and an international work environment.

YOUR TASKS

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and optimizing one of our warehouse departments. You ensure daily operational KPIs are achieved while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your operational team;
• Monitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;
• Leading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within a highly automated warehouse environment;
• Coaching team members and supporting their professional development;
• Working in an international and diverse environment where automation, data, and system-driven operations are at the heart of the business.

You will work in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts. In return for working shifts, you will receive an additional shift allowance.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong and motivated Supervisor who enjoys working in a logistics environment.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor;
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
• Experience with systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS systems;
• Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods);
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Able to improve processes and work with data.
