Job summary

Arvato in Echt is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations within our Consumer Products and High-Tech division. You’ll ensure KPIs are met, balance on-floor decision making with people leadership, and drive continuous improvement with SAP-based ERP/WMS tools.

Qualifications

• MBO level with HBO starter preferred.
• 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and achieve KPIs.
• Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing.
• Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day.
• Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance.
