Arvato is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Echt to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Consumer Products and High-Tech division. You will drive KPI achievement, lead a team, and continuously improve processes on the floor, combining operational control with people leadership.

Job description

As a Logistics Supervisor in Echt, you take responsibility for daily warehouse operations within our Consumer Products or High-Tech division. You ensure KPIs are met, processes run smoothly, and your team performs at its best. You combine operational control with people leadership. You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, and continuously improve performance.

You’ll work in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe, supported by advanced ERP/WMS systems such as SAP. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.

YOUR ROLE

As Logistics Supervisor, you coordinate and optimize the logistics process within your department. You are responsible for daily targets, staffing, and operational continuity.

• Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved;
• Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs;
• Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day;
• Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning;
• Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.

You will lead Assistant Supervisors and operational employees and report to the Warehouse Manager. Together with fellow Supervisors, you ensure alignment between Operations, Workforce, and Support departments.

You’ll work in shifts (early, late, or day shifts depending on the department) and occasionally on weekends based on operational requirements.

• A gross monthly salary between €2.607 and €4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
• 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour week;
