Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. is seeking a Supervisor to lead Team Leaders and warehouse staff, driving department objectives and continuous improvement. You will analyze performance, propose efficiency gains, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and hands-on coaching of a large operations team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing large groups.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management system (preferably WMi).
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Analytical skills.
• 5S and Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Flexible and stress-resistant; able to work overtime when needed.
• Dutch and English proficiency both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Team Leader(s) and Warehouse employees you are responsible for.
• Achieve departmental objectives.
• Analyze department results; improve productivity and efficiency.
• Make improvement proposals to improve services and increase customer satisfaction.
• Minimize errors and shorten lead times.
• Conduct consultations within and outside the department.
• Be the point of contact for internal organization and suppliers related to the department.
• Lead, coach, train and motivate the Teamleaders.
• Coach and motivate the team and train new employees.
• Work in a continuous process improvement environment within our network organization.
• Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
