You will work closely with local management, onboard new customers, and optimize export flows. A strong analytical mindset, communication skills in Dutch and English, and the ability to manage priorities are essential for success at Bleckmann.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level, preferably in logistics and transportation.
• Enthusiastic, able to manage multiple projects, Bleckmann mindset: perseverance, proactivity, flexibility.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Commercial insight and excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
• PM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of WMi and/or JDA is a plus.
• Result-oriented with ability to maintain an overview.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple projects focused on business improvements.
• Analyze project results and develop reporting tools for new projects.
• Work with local management and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Onboard new customers and optimize export flows for logistics customers.
• Establish, develop, implement, and follow up on projects.
• Design and implement appropriate business solutions.
• Create and update standard policies and documentation for projects.
• Inventory and analyze information, produce reports and management information (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement methodology.
• Maintain overview while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Ensure effective internal communication.
