Job summary

Getinge Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator (Temporary – 1 year) to ensure smooth outbound order fulfilment from our European Distribution Centre in Eindhoven.

You will act as the central contact between Sales & Service Units and the logistics network, driving service levels and operational excellence. In this role you coordinate complex logistics processes in an international, high-volume environment, monitor orders, inventory and KPIs, and collaborate with Planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain) or equivalent through experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP and strong data processing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound order fulfilment activities from the EDC.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales & Service Units on order-related topics.
• Monitor order flows, backlog, and inventory to ensure service continuity.
• Manage and resolve operational issues related to warehousing, orders, and transportation.
• Drive resolution of disruptions and escalations across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze KPIs and initiate improvements based on root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP and ensure proper order management processes.
• Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Transport, Quality, Finance, IT and 3PL partners.
