Job summary

Link HRM b.v. is a Netherlands-based logistics company seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to supervise cargo and transport management, inventory control, and close collaboration with suppliers and customers.

You will analyze operations, generate reports, and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Fluency in English is required, Dutch or Chinese a plus, and prior logistics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cargo & Transport Management: Receive, store, and dispatch goods; coordinate transportation arrangements and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Inventory & Data Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, record and maintain logistics data, and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Supplier & Customer Coordination: Maintain effective communication with logistics suppliers; handle customer logistics enquiries and complaints to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Process Optimisation & Compliance: Analyse and optimise logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Cargo & Transport Management

Receive, store, and dispatch goods; coordinate transportation arrangements and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Inventory & Data Management

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, record and maintain logistics data, and generate reports to support management decision-making.

Supplier & Customer Coordination

Maintain effective communication with logistics suppliers; handle customer logistics enquiries and complaints to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimisation & Compliance

Analyse and optimise logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience; prior experience in logistics or supply chain management, or a relevant degree, is preferred
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and other data management tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiar with logistics management systems and warehouse operations
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Dutch is a plus
