Job summary

Olympia in Eindhoven is seeking an Interim Outbound Logistics Specialist for a temporary assignment of approximately 2 to 3 months. • Knowledge of European customs procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Dutch or Mandarin is a plus.

• Coordinating outbound logistics activities, including shipment planning, order verification, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborating with European sales teams to plan and coordinate customer shipments.
• Working with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Monitoring shipment progress and providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Supporting return processes and RMA-related activities.
• Executing ERP transactions related to receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and material transfers.
• Ensuring data accuracy and driving operational excellence across the supply chain.

Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong knowledge of outbound logistics processes and Oracle ERP? Are you looking for a temporary assignment where you can make an immediate impact? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

For our client in Eindhoven, we are looking for an Interim Outbound Logistics Specialist for an assignment of approximately 2 to 3 months. In this role, you will support an existing logistics team and help ensure that daily outbound operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

As an Outbound Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing outbound logistics activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

• Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00;

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating outbound logistics activities, including shipment planning, order verification, and delivery tracking;
• Collaborating with European sales teams to plan and coordinate customer shipments;
• Working closely with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely dispatch of goods;
• Monitoring shipment progress and proactively communicating updates to internal stakeholders and customers;
• Supporting return processes and RMA-related activities;

You are an independent and analytical logistics professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

In addition, you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain position;
• Mandatory experience with Oracle ERP;
• Experience working in an international business environment;
• Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on mentality;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience with Power BI or VBA is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of European customs procedures is a plus;
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

• Salary between €3,300 and €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
• Full‑time position of 40 hours per week;
• Start date: As soon as possible;
• Temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months;
• Daily breaks consist of a 10-minute morning break, a 30-minute lunch break, and a 10-minute afternoon break;
• 25 vacation days and 96 ADV hours based on full‑time employment;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Travel allowance:
  • 0-10 km: no reimbursement;
  • 10-15 km: €65 per month;
  • 15-20 km: €91 per month;
  • 20-30 km: €130 per month;
  • More than 30 km: €229 per month;
