Job summary

Getinge Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator to ensure smooth outbound order fulfilment from the Eindhoven distribution centre.

You will coordinate processes and serve as the central contact between Sales & Service Units and the logistics network to sustain high service levels. In this role you will manage orders, monitor inventory, and resolve operational issues in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to reliable supply chain performance and SAP data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP and strong data processing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, structured and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound order fulfilment activities from the EDC.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales & Service Units on order-related topics.
• Monitor order flows, backlog, and inventory to ensure service continuity.
• Manage and resolve operational issues related to warehousing, orders, and transportation.
• Drive resolution of disruptions and escalations across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze KPIs and initiate improvements based on root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP and ensure proper order management processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Transport, Quality, Finance, IT and 3PL partners.
