Job summary

Girteka Group in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

You will identify opportunities, prepare and present commercial offers, maintain CRM data, monitor sales processes and payments, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Based in Heteren, NL, the role offers a base salary of 4270–5340 EUR/month before tax and strong opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active sales experience, preferably in heavy transport or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English and Russian; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the transport sector is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Execute sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and present commercial offers and lead negotiations to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Monitor sales processes, customer payments, and documentation.
• Analyze sales opportunities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
