In this role, you manage transport orders and ensure everything arrives on time.

What we offer

Who are you

You are a proactive professional who excels at planning, communicating, and problem-solving. Busy days and sudden changes do not scare you, and you focus on details while working well in a team. You also meet the following criteria:

• you hold a bachelor or master degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• you have one to three years of work experience in a relevant field and strong spreadsheet skills
• you speak and write fluent English, and speaking Chinese is a strong preference
• you already possess a valid visa for the Netherlands with a validity of at least three years

What will you do

In this position, you are responsible for the entire transport and delivery process in your assigned region. You ensure that goods are delivered safely, quickly, and according to agreement while maintaining low costs. You work closely with transport service providers and handle any unexpected shipping exceptions immediately. Your main tasks include:

• planning and optimizing transport orders and releasing tenders to logistics service providers
• monitoring the cargo transportation process to ensure trucks arrive and load on time
• coordinating and fulfilling delivery requirements and occasional changes for customers
• shortening overall transit times and working to reduce extra transportation costs
