Job summary

METRO/MAKRO in Delft invites a Logistics Administrative to support road transport for fresh and frozen meat products across the EU, ensuring temperature-controlled deliveries and optimized routes.

You will handle document flow, plan shipments, manage stock orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure cold chain compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Communicatively proficient.
• Proficient in administration and operations, including Office 365 (focus on Excel).
• Accurate and result oriented with commitment to service.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Available for a full-time contract (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Operational and Administrative support (including document flow).
• Plan and coordinate road transport shipments across EU.
• Support the creation and follow-up of stock orders.
• Monitor deliveries and respond to delays or disruptions in real time.

Job Description

Additional Information
