Job summary

time:matters is seeking motivated students to support the Logistics team in Amsterdam for a 6‑month period starting September 2026. You will provide day-to-day operational support to a global customer base and help develop transport solutions across air, rail, and road freight.

You will monitor shipments, collaborate with partners, and identify challenges to implement effective alternatives. The role includes exposure to large RFQs and strategic projects within an international logistics

Qualifications

• University of Applied Sciences degree.
• Familiar with the airfreight industry.
• Able to work under time pressure and stay composed.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day operational support to our global customer base.
• Develop and coordinate tailored transport solutions across air, rail, and road freight.
• Monitor shipments and collaborate with transport partners for seamless execution.
• Identify challenges and implement effective alternative solutions.
• Contribute to complex logistics operations and support strategic projects.
• Assist with large-scale international RFQs and management initiatives.
