Job summary

Maersk Line Limited in Rotterdam is expanding the team with a Customer Experience Consultant who will own the customer experience for key customers in the Retail and Lifestyle vertical.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. English communication and a strong logistics background are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid background in logistics with exposure to ocean freight and supply chain management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures smooth end-to-end shipment lifecycle by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders including offshore GSC teams.
• Handles incoming customer service queries, issues and exception management.
• Understands customers' business drivers, needs and requirements.
• Continuously works on improving the business and processes.
• Responsible for finances.
