Job summary

Maersk in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to own and manage the experience of our Key Retail & Lifestyle customers. You will ensure a seamless end-to-end shipment lifecycle by coordinating with the customer and internal teams.

The role requires a solid logistics background with ocean freight exposure, strong prioritization, and the ability to handle customer requests with a commercial mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid background in logistics, with exposure to ocean freight and supply chain management.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills for time-critical tasks.
• Experience handling customer requests with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to organize daily work and manage workload with agility.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience for Key Retail & Lifestyle customers and manages end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders, including offshore GSC teams.
• Owns customer satisfaction and handles queries, issues, and exception management.
• Maintains understanding of customers’ business drivers and needs.
• Contributes to continuous business improvements and takes financial responsibility.
