Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to own and manage the customer experience for Key Retail & Lifestyle customers in Rotterdam.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end shipment lifecycle runs smoothly and build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions. The role requires logistics background, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage daily workload with agility.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, with exposure to ocean freight or supply chain management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proactive in handling customer interactions and inquiries.
• Strong ownership with ability to organize daily work and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures smooth end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working with the customer and internal teams.
• Looks after Key Retail & Lifestyle customers.
• Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore GSC teams.
• Is responsible for customer satisfaction and has experience with customer interaction.
• Handles incoming customer service queries, issues and exception management.
• Understands customers' business drivers, needs and requirements.
• Continuously works on improving the business and is responsible for finances.
