Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Moerdijk is seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to lead an enthusiastic team serving major consumer brands nationally and internationally. You’ll be the go-to person for the team and customers, guiding daily operations at Logistiek Park Moerdijk’s 240,000 m² warehouse.

You will monitor processes, conduct monthly client reviews, deliver on agreements, and create KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Affinity with logistics and transport is a plus, not required.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with a talent for motivating teams.
• Solution-oriented and process-minded approach to serving customers.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the customer service team.
• Coach, motivate, and develop your team daily.
• Deliver on customer agreements and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare KPI reports and discuss with the operations manager and your team.
• Conduct monthly client reviews via phone, Teams, or onsite in Moerdijk.
