Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of and experience within the logistics industry.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the Customer Service team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers while handling admin tasks.
• Monitor goods flows, identify bottlenecks, and support solutions.
• Coach colleagues in the absence of a Team Lead and support onboarding.
