Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Nijmegen seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Control Tower. You will be the first contact for clients, maintaining daily communication and coordinating operational details to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

Responsibilities include order planning, document verification, issue resolution with carriers, and updating clients on status. The role requires Dutch and English fluency, 2+ years in logistics, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO education, preferably in Transport/Logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial position (logistics services).
• Knowledge of transport and automated information systems.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and monitor inquiries; plan orders and enter information into the transport system; verify documents.
• Ensure all orders are planned and the customer is informed about the latest state.
• Identify problems with collections or deliveries and follow up with the carrier.
• Provide ad-hoc information to the customer.
• Monitor the client's KPIs, inquiries, complaints, client data, and client agreements in the information system.
• Create and organize client files regarding the agreements.
